Q: What are Snuzee Mouth Strips and how do they work?
A: Our mouth strips are designed to gently keep your lips sealed during sleep to encourage nasal breathing. This can help reduce snoring, improve oxygen intake, and promote deeper, more restful sleep.

Q: Are your nasal strips safe to use every night?
A: Yes! Snuzee nasal strips are safe for nightly use. They work by opening up nasal passages, making it easier to breathe freely while sleeping.

Q: Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
A: Our adhesive strips are made with skin-friendly, hypoallergenic materials. However, we recommend testing on a small patch of skin first if you have a history of sensitivity.

Q: Can children use your products?
A: Our products are designed for adults. If you're considering them for a child, please consult with a healthcare professional first.

📦 Subscription Orders

Q: Do you offer subscriptions?
A: Yes! For select products, you can subscribe to receive regular deliveries at a discounted price. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting us.

Q: Can I pause or skip a subscription shipment?
A: Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or modify your subscription schedule—just log in to your account or reach out to us for help.

💳 Ordering & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus secure payment options available at checkout such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (where applicable).

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible at support@snuzee.com. We’ll do our best to make changes or cancel it before it goes out.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, we accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used strips unless they’re defective.

Q: How do I request a return or refund?
A: Simply email support@snuzee.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery times vary by location. On average:

  • North America: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Q: How can I track my order?

Q: Will I be charged customs or import fees?
