At Snuzee, we’re committed to delivering high-quality sleep products and a smooth customer experience. This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy outlines how we handle shipping, returns, and refunds for all orders placed through our store.

Shipping Policy

a. Worldwide Shipping

We ship our products to customers around the globe. No matter where you are, we’ll do our best to get Snuzee products to your doorstep.

b. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

c. Estimated Delivery Times

  • North America: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–12 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: These are estimates and may vary based on customs, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.

d. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

e. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Returns Policy

a. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • It is in a resalable condition

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items, especially products like mouth strips or nasal strips, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

b. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@snuzee.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to return your item.

Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.

c. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong item ordered, etc., the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds Policy

a. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

b. Partial Refunds

We may issue partial refunds in certain cases, such as:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested after the 30-day period

c. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)

  3. Contact your bank

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@snuzee.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at support@snuzee.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

  • Please check around your delivery location

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at support@snuzee.com and we’ll do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
